my journey

I joined al khaliji in December 2007 as the Head of Investments and Group Benefits.

When I first looked at al khaliji as an employer, I was excited by the brand and brand values and it seemed like a genuine opportunity to join an organization at the start of a very exciting journey. I was also really impressed by the quality of the people I met. As Head of Investments and Group Benefits, I am responsible for setting up and managing the Investments unit, together with Group Benefits and Insurance.

I really enjoy the scope of the job, the ability to help shape the future of our bank and the belief in our proposition for investments and group benefits. I also have the added benefit of being part of a business that has great team work and real engagement and buy in to our proposition across functions who are highly supportive. I think the best part about working for al khaliji is "Having a voice".
