Graduate Programme Features
It is a 9-month training programme consisting of two modules. Module 1 (Months 1-3) is an intensive introduction to banking, finance and accounting, as well as presentation skills, project management and customer service. Module 2 (Months 4-9) consists of intensive on-the-job training.

Learning and development
With the support of our team, you will build a tailored development plan and your progress will be constantly reviewed to assist in managing your development areas and to grow your strengths.

Buddy programme
You will be allocated a buddy from your team who will help induct you into the business, in terms of helping you understand your role, introducing you to your team mates and providing you with basic day to day information such as where to buy your lunch from and the best place to park your car.

Al Khaliji Commitment to Professional Development Programme
This is one part of the Al Khaliji commitment to Qatarization, however it is a key programme to engage with young Qatari's who wish to find a career in banking. There will be a long term focus on where all graduates would like to see themselves within the organisation with a genuine commitment to support these goals.
