al khaliji is the only next generation banking player to be a publicly listed entity. We are listed on the Doha Securities Market (DSM).The first day of trading for our shares was 1st August 2007.

(*) The authorised share capital of al khaliji is QR 7.2bn divided into 720mn shares. The issued and paid-up capital of al khaliji is QR 3.6bn divided into 720mn shares with a paid-up value of QR 5 per share.
According to Article (10) of al khaliji Memorandum and Articles of Association, the first call and/or call for payment of balance payable on each share shall be made after January 8, 2009 and before January 8, 2012. al khaliji also have no plans to call for payment before 2010.
