Annual General Assembly (AGA)
Notice period: A public notice is published in two local daily newspapers at least 15 days prior to the scheduled date of the assembly.
Proxy voting: Every shareholder has the right to attend the General Assembly, either by himself, or by proxy.
Cumulative voting: Except for the Founder, no shareholder, either on his own behalf or as a proxy on behalf of others, shall have a number of votes in excess of (25%) of the number of votes of members present.
