Doha, 18 June 2009: al khaliji celebrated the 1st anniversary of its retail outlet at Q-Post and it's Contact Centre with the attendance of His Excellency Sheikh Hamad Bin Faisal Bin Thani Al-Thani, Chairman and Managing Director of al khaliji and Robin McCall, Acting CEO.
In recognition for the effort and commitment by team members in both the branch and the Contact Centre, H.E Sheikh Hamad Bin Faisal and Robin McCall thanked the team and awarded them for their valued contribution to the Bank.

al khaliji's Q-Post Service Centre was opened in June 2008 offering customers a next generation banking experience through a team of dedicated employees who are available between 7:30am and 1:00pm, Sunday to Thursday. Customers have also benefited from continuous support provided by the high technology Contact Centre which has been nominated for two prestigious Middle East awards, "best new call centre" & "best small call centre". The contact centre is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to handle customer telephone calls (+974 494 0000) or emails in multiple languages.
