Doha, 3 July 2010: al khaliji, the 'next generation' bank, celebrated the 2nd anniversary of its first retail outlet at Q-Post and its Contact Centre, with the attendance of Mr. Robin McCall, Acting Chief Executive Officer and Mr. Andrew Ball, Acting Head of Consumer Banking at al khaliji.
A joint commemorative celebration was held In recognition of the united efforts and commitment of both the Branch and the Contact Centre teams.
al khaliji Q-Post Service Centre was launched in June 2008 offering customers a next generation banking experience through a team of dedicated employees available between 7:30am and 1:00pm, Sunday to Thursday.
Customers have also benefited from the continuous support provided by the high technology Contact Centre, also launched in June 2008 and which has been nominated for two prestigious Middle East awards, "Best New Call Centre" & "Best Small Call Centre". The contact centre is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to handle customer telephone calls (+974 494 0000) or emails.
Since its launch in 2008, al khaliji has extended its branch and ATM networks to include main branches on C-Ring and at Bin Omran, Service Centres in Q-Post and Al Jazi Tower in West Bay, and more than 17 ATM's covering prime locations across the city of Doha. al khaliji will continue to strategically grow its branch and ATM networks to provide the highest levels of service excellence and convenience for its valued customers.
